Terms and Conditions Lakutito — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Lakutito ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile application and all services provided by Lakutito.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Lakutito platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines that may be published from time to time.

Lakutito reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify registered members via in-platform notifications or email when significant changes occur. The latest version is always available on this page, and the last updated date is displayed at the top of the document.

To register and use the lakutito platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be at least 18 years at the time of registration
• Not prohibited by local laws or regulations in your area of residence from using online betting services
• Registering on your own behalf only, not on behalf of others
• Never previously banned or suspended from the lakutito platform

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including full name, phone number, email address and date of birth. False or inaccurate information may result in immediate account closure.

The identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) is mandatory for all Lakutito members. You may be required to submit valid identification documents such as identity card (MyKad), passport or driving license. The KYC process is a protective measure to ensure the security of your own account.

Lakutito provides various deposit and withdrawal methods suitable for Malaysian users, including instant bank transfer, TNG eWallet and other methods displayed on the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount depends on your chosen payment method and is displayed during the deposit process
• All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name
• Lakutito does not accept third-party deposits on behalf of other members
• Successful deposits will be credited to your wallet within the timeframe specified for each payment method

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 for most payment methods
• The bank account or eWallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your Lakutito account
• Lakutito may require full KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals are processed within the stipulated timeframe according to payment method; most requests are completed within a few hours
• Lakutito reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold subject to security review where required

Lakutito offers various types of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated with each offer, which form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

• Welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses are available to new or existing members in accordance with the published promotion terms
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be rolled over in accordance with the specified wagering requirement (e.g. 20x, 30x depending on the promotion)
• The deadline to complete wagering requirements is as stated in the relevant promotion; expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated
• Lakutito reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time if there is evidence of misuse
• Attempts to exploit or abuse the bonus system will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure

All Lakutito members are expected to behave responsibly, respect other players and comply with all platform rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tools designed to exploit games or systems
• Colluding or communicating with other players during a game to gain an unfair advantage
• Modifying, reverse-engineering or attempting to hack the Lakutito platform code
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses or benefits
• Using false information or identity during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering through the platform
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward staff or other players on the platform

You are solely responsible for keeping your Lakutito account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. Lakutito recommends that you:

• Using a strong and unique password not used on other platforms
• Activating two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection
• Not sharing login information with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account when using public or shared devices
• Reporting any suspicious activity in your account to the Lakutito support team immediately

Lakutito will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding login information. However, if you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately for immediate protective action.

You have the right to close your Lakutito account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and no active wagering requirements remain.

Lakutito reserves the right to suspend or close your account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• At the request of regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, Lakutito reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and withhold the real balance pending investigation. If the investigation finds no fraud, the valid real balance will be returned.

Lakutito provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure platform availability and reliability at all times, we cannot guarantee it will be free from technical disruptions, malfunctions or unexpected downtime.

Lakutito will not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred due to platform disruption or downtime
• Betting outcomes resulting from inaccurate or outdated information
• Losses resulting from the user's internet connection failure during active gameplay
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including game providers or payment processors
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform

Under no circumstances shall Lakutito's maximum liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

If you have any complaints or disputes relating to the Lakutito platform, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first. Most issues can be resolved within 48 hours through our available support channels.

The Lakutito dispute resolution process is as follows:

• Stage 1: Contact our customer support team via live chat or email. Provide full details of the dispute, including the transaction number where applicable.
• Stage 2: If you are not satisfied with the first-level response, you may request escalation to a customer support supervisor.
• Stage 3: If a dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to refer the matter to independent mediation.

Game results confirmed by an audited RNG system cannot be re-disputed unless there is solid evidence of a technical failure verifiable by the Lakutito technical team.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the process stated in Section 9 will be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Use of the Lakutito platform may be subject to legal restrictions in your area of residence. You are solely responsible for ensuring that platform use is legal under your local laws. Lakutito makes no warranties or representations regarding the legal status of platform use in any specific area.
